Do you provide COA (Certificates of Analysis)?
Yes. Transparency is our core value. You can access our public COA library or contact support with your batch number to receive the specific analytical report for your order.

Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of "Peptides" or "Research Compounds" on the exterior for your privacy and security.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Domestic shipping (USA) usually takes 2-4 business days. International timelines vary but are generally 7-14 days.
What is your free shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $400. For orders below this threshold, standard and express options are available at checkout.

Will my credit card statement show the store name?
