1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Precision Health Research are strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. They are NOT for human or veterinary use. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by Precision Health Research for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other applications.
2. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer assumes all responsibility for the use of products purchased from Precision Health Research. The buyer warrants that they are affiliated with a research institution or laboratory and possess the necessary knowledge and equipment to handle these compounds safely and in accordance with local and international regulations.
3. Shipping & Compliance
Precision Health Research complies with all shipping regulations. However, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products they order are legal for import and use in their specific jurisdiction. Precision Health Research is not responsible for items seized by customs due to local prohibitions.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
In no event shall Precision Health Research, its directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products sold, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Strict No-Consumption Policy
ANY indication that a customer intends to use these products for human or animal consumption will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our platform and the cancellation of any pending orders without refund.
